GOVERNMENT CONTACT CENTER
A 24-hour a day, 7 day a week service that will provide citizens and residents of Qatar one point of contact for all government e-service related inquires. Initially the Contact Center will only provide support for e-services available through Hukoomi, Qatar's online government portal.
By the end of 2010, the Center will expand to provide service for other government ICT initiatives such as Knowledge Network, the Government Network and other government e- services.

REGULATORY AUTHORITY SERVICE CENTER
People seeking telecoms licenses, spectrum information or that have general regulatory concerns will be able to come to the easily accessible Center, and no longer have to go to different floors within ictQATAR's offices.

LODGING A COMPLAINT
A key part of the ictQATAR promise is to safeguard the rights and interests of consumers. People with complaints about service providers can call our Consumer Affairs Hotline: 103 or email us at consumervoice@ict.gov.qa
In our consumer protection role, we will investigate all complaints and promptly work to resolve them. We will establish objectives that companies must fulfill. And we will enforce those obligations.
