• Secretary General's Office - Dr. Hessa Al Jaber leads ictQATAR, overseeing the development and implementation of the nation's ICT vision, strategy and master plan.
• Planning and Institutional Relations (PIRD) - Coordinates ictQATAR's strategic plans across all departments to develop IT policies that help shape the nation's future and build relationships across government entities and organizations.
• Regulatory Authority- Sets telecoms policy as fair and open competition is introduced in Qatar.
• Government Information Management Office (GIMO) - Partners with ministries and agencies across the country to make government more accessible, efficient and transparent. GIMO is also leading the nation's cyber security efforts.
• ICT Development Programs - Brings the power of ICT to key sectors by implementing projects in education, health and e-inclusion.
• Market Development & Knowledge Management - Finds ways to attract new businesses and cultivate local talent, develops ICT infrastructure, and ensures citizens have the skills they need to use ICT in their daily lives.
• Communications Office -Builds awareness, increases understanding of ictQATAR's programs and policies through marketing, media relations and engagement events.
• Finance - Develops budgets, processes invoices, and maintains ictQATAR's financial health.
• Human Resources and Support Services- Works with staff throughout their career to encourage growth and development - because people are ictQATAR's most important asset.
