Commercially registered companies in Qatar wishing to carry out telecommunications construction activities.

What is the approval process for this service?

• The commercially registered local company approaches ictQATAR's Technical Regulatory Authority to submit the Application to Carry Out Telecommunications Construction Activities.
• Technical Regulatory Authority conducts an evaluation of the application.
• Further process steps may apply depending on the nature of the approval requested. ictQATAR's Technical Regulatory Authority will inform the applicant of any further steps to be followed upon receipt of the application.
• If approved, applicants pay the approval charge associated with the Approval to Carry Out Telecommunications Construction Activities.
• Technical Regulatory Authority issues the approval certificate to the applicant.

How long does the approval process take?

Determined on a case-by-case basis. Customer will be notified by fax message/phone/email as appropriate.
